Proudly Announces the Third Production of Their 2007-08 Season
“The Adventures of Beatrix Potter and Her Friends”

Fountain Hills Community Theater Youth Theater proudly announces the opening of the third show of their 2007-2008 season, “The Adventures of Beatrix Potter and Her Friends” by Joseph Robinette, Music and Lyrics by Evelyn Swansson.

“The Adventures of Beatrix Potter and Her Friends” is a delightful musical version of Joseph Robinette's enchanting play. It adds a sparkling melodic dimension to the fascinating story of Beatrix Potter and her life, as well as five of her most wonderful stories including: The Tale of Mr. .Jeremy Fisher, The Tailor of Gloucester, Jemima Puddle-Duck, The Tale of Two Bad Mice, and everyone’s favorite, Peter Rabbit.

“The Adventures of Beatrix Potter and Her Friends” is directed by DMHS Senior Luke Kanter, with musical direction by Miciah Dodge, and choreography by DMHS senior, Jasmin Feliciano. Producer is Anne Kelleher and student producer is FHHS senior, Jenna Ciotta.

“The Adventures of Beatrix Potter and Her Friends” cast includes: Olivia Anderson, Rich Beamish, Abrianna Coons, Devin Derr, Josey Leigh Hawkins, Peyton Jordan, Ryan Jordan, Jessica Miller, Zach Percevecz, Kelsey Ruggaard, Kyle Ruggaard, Maddie Slusher, Clinton Stiles-Schmidt, Elliott Stiles-Schmidt and Tyler Wise. Lindsey Garland will be the Youth Stage Manager assisted by Alicia MaGann, and the Light and Sound Booth is captained by Annie Collins who will be working with Allie Bice and Jennifer Simmons.

“The Adventures of Beatrix Potter and Her Friends” runs from February 15 through March 2, 2008 and is the youth theater’s third show of the new 2007-2008 season.

“The Adventures of Beatrix Potter and Her Friends” will play at the youth theater located at 11445 N. Saguaro Blvd. in Fountain Hills, (1 ½ miles North of Shea Blvd. on Saguaro Blvd.). Friday evenings at 7:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday afternoons at 2:00 pm from October 5 - 21, 2007. For tickets call the box office at 480-837-9661 x3. Ticket prices are $10 for children 12 and under and $12 for adults. There is a $.50 per ticket handling charge.
